I just got word that you canceled all PLD's this is unacceptable the company is responsible and must allow all
employees the right to use their PLD's per the contract. There will be a timeslip for every pld not allowed. Just
because the company does not have enough people or does not know how to operate this railroad should not
mean that the engineers should be punished. I can not believe that you have stooped to this behavior. All
engineers are by the contract allowed 12 pld's and the company must allow these people to take them. All you are
doing is trying to piss everyone off. It is time to come up with a new operating plan since this one is not working at
all. If you need help in putting a new plan to work feel free to contact me or anyone else that is out here working
12 to 22 hours per shift. Once again this is unaccepptable. We are all tired of the hours we are working and the
continuous harrassment that we are going thru every day.
