Re: GEB Guarantee
Dear Mr. Reynolds:
This is to confirm our understanding concerning the proportional adjustment to the GEB guarantee as a
result of going to a bi-weekly pay period under the provisions of Article 26 of the Collective Bargaining
Agreement.
The $2800 semi-monthly Guarantee is prorated as follows:
2800 x 24 = 67,200
67,200 ÷ 26 = 2,584.62
$2,584.62 is the new pro-rated bi-weekly guarantee.
